Office Manager

Responsibilities
- Be the face of Eagle to the outside world and prioritize all incoming requests from customers, vendors, and partners.
- Participate in company meetings and drive action items to completion.
- Communicate with customers about the status of their projects including follow-up contact and problem resolution.
- Work with the Business Development department to create, update, and produce marketing materials such as brochures and inserts, and maintain their inventory.
- Provide general business functions including handling shipping and receiving, insurance overview, government reporting, maintaining office supply inventory, etc.
- Report directly to the President.
- Perform tasks to help others as needed.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- Previous office management experience
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude, including reliability, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a relationship-based, team environment
- Flexibility with respect to duties, techniques, task changes, etc.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure without loss of quality
- Ability to accept constructive criticism
- Interest in constant improvement of work quality, job skills, speed, etc.
Helpful:
- Knowledge of photography
- Basic skills with QuickBooks
- Basic skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Basic IT knowledge
Compensation
- $14 to $20 per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule/Environment
- Typical office environment
- Full-time hours Monday through Friday with some overtime as required
- Possibility of part-time employment November through February
